1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using zevolix.com and any of our resources, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, free users, Pro subscribers, and Advanced Growth System clients.

2. What Zevolix Provides

Zevolix is a resource hub for real estate agents providing:

• Free Access — scripts, playbooks, and guides available at no cost after registration
• Pro Access ($49/month) — full script library, ad frameworks, automation workflows, and weekly new resources. Structured as a 3-month build phase then flexible month-to-month.
• Advanced Growth System ($499 one-time) — a custom-built lead generation and conversion system, including a strategy session and 30 days of support

All resources are built from real estate industry experience and are provided as professional development tools. They are not legal, financial, or compliance advice. Always ensure your communications comply with applicable local laws and real estate regulations.

3. Your Account and Registration

When you register for any Zevolix plan, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Keep your contact information up to date
• Not share your access credentials or resource links with others
• Use resources only for your own professional real estate business
• Notify us immediately if you believe your access has been compromised

4. Acceptable Use

You may use Zevolix resources to:

• Improve your own real estate follow-up and conversion systems
• Communicate with your own leads, clients, and prospects
• Build and run your own lead generation campaigns
• Train yourself on best practices in real estate sales

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense any Zevolix resources to third parties
• Share Pro or Advanced resources with non-subscribers
• Use our content to create competing products or services
• Claim Zevolix resources as your own original work
• Use our resources in any way that violates applicable law, including CAN-SPAM, TCPA, or real estate licensing regulations
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract our content systematically

5. Payment and Billing

Pro Access

Pro Access is billed at $49 per month. A 3-month initial commitment applies, after which your subscription becomes flexible month-to-month. By subscribing, you authorize us to collect payment on the agreed schedule.

Advanced Growth System

The Advanced Growth System is a one-time payment of $499. Payment is due before work begins. We review all applications and reserve the right to decline any application that is not a strong fit for the program.

Free Access

Free Access is provided at no charge. We reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue free resources at any time with reasonable notice.

Refunds

We want every Zevolix client to feel the value. If you are not satisfied:

• Pro Access: Contact us within the first 14 days of your subscription and we will issue a full refund if the resources genuinely did not deliver value for you.
• Advanced Growth System: If we have not yet completed the strategy session, a full refund is available. After the session is completed, refunds are not available as the primary value has been delivered.

To request a refund, email support@zevolix.com with your name and the reason. We respond within 24 hours.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on zevolix.com — including scripts, playbooks, guides, workflows, ad frameworks, and website design — is the intellectual property of Zevolix and protected by applicable copyright laws.

When you subscribe to any Zevolix plan, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the resources for your own professional real estate business. This license does not transfer ownership of the content to you.

The name "Zevolix," our logo, and all associated branding are our property. You may not use them without written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Zevolix resources are provided "as is" and "as available." While we work hard to make everything excellent and accurate, we make no guarantees that:

• Any specific script will generate a specific result for your business
• The resources will be free from errors or interruptions
• Results from using our resources will meet your specific expectations

Real estate is a variable business. Results depend on your market, your effort, your consistency, and factors outside our control. The agents who see the best results are those who implement consistently over 90+ days.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zevolix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or resources, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of Zevolix shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Compliance With Real Estate Laws

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of Zevolix scripts and resources complies with:

• Your state or country's real estate licensing laws and regulations
• TCPA (Telephone Consumer Protection Act) requirements for SMS messaging
• CAN-SPAM Act requirements for email communications
• Fair Housing Act requirements in all client communications
• Any brokerage-specific policies or guidelines that apply to you

Zevolix is a resource provider, not a legal compliance service. When in doubt, consult your broker or a licensed attorney.

10. Termination

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time after the initial 3-month period by contacting us at support@zevolix.com.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to any account that violates these Terms, without prior notice. If we terminate your account for a violation, no refund will be issued.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of Zevolix after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with updated Terms, please discontinue use and contact us.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to digital services and online commerce. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably by contacting support@zevolix.com.
